Sometimes when you're cruising the internet for bikes, one pops up that is too good of a deal to pass up. This was one of those. I was the first and only person who called, and got it within a half hour of when they posted it.
But you're not here to learn about my shopping habits. This bike is from the early 80's I think, though research into the serial number might prove that wrong. It has the right era of Shimano 600, Suntour Custom cranks, Campy shifters and a bunch of similar parts.
The first ride on this thing was super comfy, steel is in fact real. I think there will be many many more to come on this bike, though I may need to put some better climbing gears on it.
I'm happy.
